Found out through a DNA test that William Elmer Hightower and Mary Pettit are my great-grandparents. If there are any other descendants from this couple, I would love to connect with you. My DNA test and a couple other tests by potential relatives helped me identify my biological father. I found your website because it was mentioned in an obit for Benjamin Pettit. Looking forward to searching through the great research documents that you all have created.
